Keftedes (Meatballs)

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo ground beef (mince)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 large onion, minced
1 egg
1 tbs. vinegar
salt and pepper
flour for rolling
oil for frying

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together. Form into one inch balls. Heat the oil in a skillet. Roll the balls into the flour to coat, and drop into hot oil. Fry until brown on all sides.
